Job Purpose
The NAFIS Programme is designed to equip UAE Nationals with the skills, experience, and exposure needed to succeed in the evolving private sector.
Participants will gain hands-on experience across different business areas, explore emerging technologies, and build leadership capabilities that prepare them for future career growth.
What You’ll Do
• Participate in structured training and development programmes across multiple business functions
• Gain hands-on experience through rotations or placements across different teams
• Contribute to real business projects in areas such as Sales, Technology, Marketing, HR, and Customer Experience
• Develop core professional and leadership skills through guided learning and mentorship
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and contribute to innovation-driven initiatives
• Build foundational knowledge in digital platforms, customer experience, and modern business operations

What We’re Looking For
• UAE Nationals with a valid Family Book
• High school diploma or Bachelor’s degree accredited by the UAE Ministry of Education (all majors welcome)
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• A genuine passion for learning and development
• Strong motivation to learn and grow in a dynamic private sector environment

Recruitment Process and Timeline
